WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are based in the UK and provide all our services remotely

WHY DO I NEED A CONSULATION CALL?

The purpose of our consultation call is for us to get to know you, your business and get a better understanding of your specific requirements. This also provides you with the opportunity to discuss any queries you may have and get an understanding of what you can expect from Outsourcing Works.

WHICH HOURS PACKAGE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

We will be better equipped to advise of what package is most suited to your needs after our initial consultation call. We understand it can be difficult to estimate the exact number of hours you will need which is why our packages have been created with flexibility in mind, any unused hours within your chosen package can be rolled over for a period of 3 months! On the other hand, if you require additional hours, these can be added on and charged at your package rate.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY TASKS OR PROJECTS BE COMPLETED?

We are unable to provide a projection of how long tasks will take until we have a better understanding of your specific requirements. This is something we will discuss with you on our initial consultation call.

HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE?

We communicate with our clients via email, phone, and video call.

DO YOU WORK ON BANK HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?

Unlike many other outsourcing providers and VA’s we work evenings and weekends. Outsourcing Works also provides bespoke working arrangements for our clients, meaning your tasks can be completed at a time convenient to you!

HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH CONFIDENTIALITY? 

Here at Outsourcing Works, we have strict confidentiality policies in place which are included in our terms of business. We understand confidentiality is a vital, which is why we are also happy to sign additional client NDAs as requested.
